Stump Grinding
If you have a tree removed should you have the Stump ground out?
Our answer is Yes! Stumps pose a hazard, stumps are unsightly to your landscape. Also they attract insects and if they are not killed new sprouts can come out.
Here are some common questions:
Can we remove the entire stump?
Yes, most tree stumps have all their major roots in the top 16 inches of soil. We can also grind deeper when required.
How deep do you grind a stump? We normally grind down below grade so there is enough depth to grow grass or just to make sure tree will not come back.
Can I plant a new tree in the same place as the old stump? Yes, we can usually grind a stump away so there is nothing left.
